Paul talks with consultant cardiologist Dr Tom Keeble, about his work as a cardiologist and researcher at the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre, Southend Hospital and Anglia Ruskin University. There's discussion about what a cardiac arrest is why there is currently a gulf between the excellent in-hospital care and the post-discharge care, the work being done at the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre and the CARE programme to help those who have been affected by a cardiac arrest.
