002 - Home Starts Within: Coming Home to Ourselves
Today, I talk about how Home Starts Within - what it actually means to create home within ourselves and why is this the important first step in the creating health and happiness in our homes.
In this episode, I share eight lessons or principles that can come together to lay a solid foundation of home within and help us build the mindset and motivation we need for home creation. They are Mindset, Self Love and Compassion, Values, Purpose & Strengths, Wellness, Care Practices, Boundaries and Relationships.
Here's a recap:
1) Home Starts Within and the first step in creating the happier and healthier homes that we truly desire, is to come home to ourselves and create a solid foundation of home within. We can do that by looking at some lessons of mindset and motivation, which are mindset, self-love and self-compassion, values, purpose and strengths, wellness, care practices, boundaries and relationships.
2) These lessons really help us to lay solid foundation of home within, and enable us to create homes that are aligned with who we really are and what we really want.
