Today we are speaking with Joey Walp, an ICU nurse planning the next steps of his career.  When I first met Joey in 2020, he was a student in the last semester of nursing school.  His preceptorship with me was cut short because of the COVID pandemic, and I feel fortunate to have this opportunity to reconnect and learn about his nursing journey.
