Welcome to episode #002 of Funded By Fun!

Si Martin is co-founder of mental health organisation Heads Above The Waves. As well as being a resource and community for anyone struggling with issues like depression and self-harm, Heads Above The Waves run a shop in Cardiff, selling music-inspired t-shirts and merch to help fund mental health workshops in schools and youth groups. Si also plays drums in the pop-punk band Junior.

In our conversation we chatted about the positive impact music can have on our mental health, the reality of life as a touring musician and what it's like being in a band with a professional wrestler.
