Welcome to Episode 1 of The Cosmic Nurse podcast! Thank you for joining us.
In this first episode of the podcast, I talk to Katherine Inez Mesa. Katherine is the founder of Love, Awareness & Purpose - a bilingual (Spanish & English) collective of Holistic Ayurvedic practitioners and friends from the community to provide wellness support through Assessments, Self Care and Group Talks/Classes. Katherine herself has been a Holistic Ayurvedic Practitioner, Mentor & Speaker for over a decade. Join us as we talk about self care and share advice on how to practice self care daily.

About Katherine Mesa:
Katherine began her Holistic Journey of Healing due to her own health back in 2006. Since then it has shifted her lifestyle from the Legal Criminal Justice field into the Holistic Health Field. She has been in practice and within a professional study of Holistic & Transpersonal Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual & Energetic Healing and within the Holistic Health field as a Practitioner since 2010. In 2013, she integrated the study and practice of Ayurveda at the dhyana Center of Education (taught by DeAnna Batdorff) and Chinese Medicine with Acupressure (Acupressure Institute) within her practice and her lifestyle. Katherine completed an Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 where she expanded her work in being in service and reinforcing the tools of empowerment through movement of meditation and through dance.
