Bkraaus and Necfas tell us about their projects aimed at breaking language barriers. In general, the world of NFTs and web3 has been primarily limited to people who speak a particular language (mostly English).

Bkraaus and Necfas speak of their efforts to spread the Nounish culture beyond English speakers and into Europe and Latin America. Bkraaus shares his progress in onboarding german speakers by translating content into German and reaching out to people in Munich, Frankfurt, and other places. He’s created a resource hub for people that includes guides on joining DAOs and sending out proposals and delegations.

While translating content into a different language is essential in breaking language barriers, it is only the first step. There are multiple aspects of a community that determine how they consume information. People's culture, values, and environment all play a role in their consumption of information. And it has been helpful for Bkraaus and Necfas to know the culture and therefore tailor their delivery to it. They describe it as having a sort of older brother who understands where you come from and explains things to you in a way that is easy to understand.

Bkraaus and Necfas are laying the foundations for people to come in and help others from their cultures get onboarded onto Lil Nouns. They are excited at the possibility of having other people join in and help make the vision of Lil Nouns a reality.
