Why it’s important to develop a quality character in your life because I’ve found is that men and women of character are in high demand and when you live with integrity with yourself and develop these virtues opportunities began to present themselves that didn’t exist before.  You can live a rich and satisfying life as long as you choose the higher values and your actions are consistent with those values. Your self-esteem will improve, you will be more positive and optimistic and people will value, respect and trust you as a leader of character.
