TJ has enjoyed an amazing career in technology. After years as an executive for several global IT organizations he founded NouvEON Technology Partners. NouvEON scaled rapidly over 8 years before TJ sold the company to an international buyer (in a great exit) in 2011. After the success of NouvEON, TJ started Shoeless Enterprises as a consulting, coaching, advisory services, and investment firm. I've had the privilege of working with TJ in the past and in this episode we discussed his career, his exit, lessons learned and some great actionable advice for founders and entrepreneurs at all levels.
