In the past, the title has been held decidedly: The Notorious B.I.G., Nas, JAY Z, 50 Cent. In 2018 however, after New York's preeminence has faded, the title holder is less clear. We attempt to crown the newest King of New York... and it's Cardi B vs. Tekashi69.
