Lindsay Ronnau was born and raised in Kansas. She graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2003 with a degree in Organizational Leadership. She love all things Kansas!  Kansas basketball, Royals baseball, bbq!

She LOVES to travel! She LOVES powerlifting! She LOVES to push her body to that red line to see just what she's capable of. She loves to feel strong, and she loves looking strong, which is why she fell so in love with all the people at her gym, The Movement Minneapolis.

She was a bit of a wild child until she met her husband 2 years ago and FINALLY decided to settle down and get hitched. They got married in April, 2016, and Lindsay entered the whole new world of being a spouse of an active duty military member.

In the fall of 2016 Lindsay started feeling kind of "off" but since she was planning her wedding in Mexico she powered through. In November she finally went to the doctor, and on December 29, 2016, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Lindsay has decided to document her journey to remission on her blog: That Lymphoma Lyfe!
