Ive been bullied throughout my life not only in school, or in home or with friends, but also in my significant and intimate relationships, whether or not I’ve been called many bad names or told I couldn’t do some thing, yelled at, or physically harmed.. it could be some person on the internet bashing you or some naysayer. I have felt left out or not worthy or good enough, pushed out of friend circles... Remember: YOU MATTER! AQ-adversity quotient- resilience. Having strong AQ is important for wellbeing and helps prevent obstacles in mental health.
