目標を作っても、それを達成するためのプロセスがわからないと、何も先に進むことができません。

日常でも使えるちょっとしたダイアローグを交え、自分の目標をイメージしながら聞いてみてください。

B: Pretty good. But it seems empty these days.

A: Really? You said you were studying for TOEIC, right? How’s it going?

B:Yeah, but sometimes I am not motivated.

A: It seems that you should focus more on the process. A goal without a plan is just a wish.
