Is there a such thing of work life balance. As a father we play the juggling act of balancing our career, our time, side hustle, and so much more.  Let's be honest its a challenge and most of the time we fail at it. Most of the time some one ends up hurt, mad or frustrated. Our children bear the grunt of the disappointment because typically our careers and side hustles generate the excuse of I am doing this for them.
