The truth is we all have anxiety at one point or another. 

Another truth that I've come to learn is that so much of our anxiety relates to how we fundamentally don't feel like we have enough or ARE enough. How do I know? Because I have been there.

In this episode I get vulnerable and share details of my own therapy session where I explored the areas that I don't feel like enough. Interestingly, I never thought to use the skills that I teach my own clients, and using them has helped me a TON. And in this episode I share them with YOU!
