Develop a Leadership Development Plan for each of the leaders you rated yesterday.  

You will need to identify a process for improving the individual’s ability to perform satisfactorily enough to rise to the next level on the scale for each area. You are not looking at massive improvement, but gradual improvement. Radical change rarely is lasting change. Allow the individual to grow. Continuous improvement with guidance, reinforcement and support will bring about lasting change.

As you develop this improvement process, make sure the process in focused on positivity.
