Katie Pangborn is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with Talking Tree Wellness. She is an entrepreneur, writer, mama, wife, and a passionate lover of chocolate. Through her signature Mood Food programs, Katie reunites women with their mental wellness, busting through stress, depression, anxiety and limiting beliefs. She is hellbent on guiding her clients through the process of healing their relationships with food and is dedicated to creating custom strategies to get them out of the mud.
