Today we interview one of my best friends, Monica Beeman. She’s one of the resourceful people I’ve ever met in my life!
This social media and marketing genius details how she’s been able to squeeze in being a mom of three, a professional marketer, a wife, and an amateur bodybuilder! Bodybuilding is one of the most strenuous fitness activities there is, and she was able to START doing it in her 30’s after she had kiddo #3. AMAZING!
She details the types of systems you need in place with yourself and your family to make an achievement like that possible. She talks about how marriages aren’t always 50/50, which is commonly quoted as being what makes marriages work. Sometimes its 90/10, sometimes 25/75. Things balance out for the family.
Also talks about the type of ratios needed to maintain that level of physique (weights vs. cardio vs. diet). Also she talks about the HUGE red flags she has seen when selecting a personal trainer or coach.
