Dr. Fink is the Pharmacy Academic Affairs Coordinator and Residency Program Director for Kaiser Permanente Mid- Atlantic States. In her role she oversees the management of the residency programs and student rotations at Kaiser as well as continuing education for pharmacists and technicians. Kristen is a past president of MPhA and a guest surveyor of residency programs for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP)
