The world around is changing at an ever-increasing rate. Many of these changes can bring with it a great deal of uncertainty. The events surrounding the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19 has been a somewhat extreme illustration of this world bring in all the elements of a VUCA event. Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous.
How we, as leaders respond to uncertain times and lead our teams through them, is important in so many ways. In this episode, I discuss a few ways I believe leaders need to act during uncertainty.
