I mean... who hasn't found themselves wishing away the current season that they are in?!
My hope for this episode is that it will provide you with some tips and tricks to flip this story you tell yourself into something that can actually SERVE you.
So, how often have you found yourself struggling with feeling content where you are, or wishing away the current season that you are in? I feel like we can get so caught up in a vision or goal, that we forget the series of steps that are crucial for us to get there. Sometimes we need to take a step back and think about even just the one thing that you are learning in the day to day.. because if you are learning at least one thing, then that is reason enough to be content where your feet are.
Here are three things that I found to be helpful when those feeling start to creep in:
1.) Practice Gratitude
2.) Do an Attitude Check
3.) STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS
Guys, we only have ONE life, so why waste energy wishing away the precious moments that we have?! Even the hard, unsexy, annoying moments can serve us.
