Hunter discusses what's in the new stimulus bill and and what was left out!  

$900 billion in relief will come from the Federal Government in the second round of stimulus support.  Many are relieved to finally hear the results of the heated debates that have been taking place in D.C.  Others are angry that additional funding was sent to other countries instead of being used for citizens in the United States.  Hunter breaks down where the money will be spent and the implications it might have later in the future.
