In this episode we discuss scam techniques used on people in general, but we drill down into one particular type of particularly evil scam known as the romance scam.

I will walk you through a real case based on several sources including actual court documents of a woman who was scammed by a legit Nigerian con-artist and two of his thugs.

The outcome is sad and, as I share in this podcast, there is nothing that I can do for this victim... but hopefully, with the knowledge that may be spread because of this episode, it may help prevent future scams of this type.
