Welcome to 2022 where everyone and their brother are making New Years Resolutions, setting goals, and promising themselves and others all the changes they are going to make. These things are good and have their place but when it comes down to it, it's easy to get lost in the goal setting. In reality, many of us have no business adding to our plate when we have plenty of things we need to stop doing first. With some goals and resolutions, stopping is where we need to begin.
