In this episode, Sylvie gives us a behind-the-scenes look at how eDiscovery is handled at EA.  We discuss software selection, vendor management, best practices for data management, effective culling techniques and the pitfalls of hosting data in-house. Sylvie started as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at EA in 2002 and has been with the organization ever since.  Among other things, Sylvie is responsible for all aspects of data preservation, document identification and collection for all litigation matters, third party subpoenas, internal investigations and government inquiries/investigations.
