Taylor Wallace is a Texan turned Montanan who slings coffee at his newly established coffee shop named, Roly Poly Coffee Co. (formally known as Howdy Partner Coffee).

I first met Taylor when he was just serving out of the back of his Ford Bronco at various locations. From that time he has gone through 2 locations and finally settled where he's at now, tucked in the corner of our great town of Bozeman, MT. Along with his brother these two make sure to have you feel their roots the second you walk through the door.

We talk about life's way of taking those curve balls and throwing them at us, how he came to work in coffee and how music helped influence his life at such a young age.
