When we understand the world as it really is, we'll begin to make better decisions. That leads us to the question: How can we best understand the world as it is?
Join us for episode #3 of the Lucrative Leadership Conversations podcast. In this episode, we are going deeper into understanding the heart and vision behind the podcast. Some of the key concepts covered in this episode include:
If we have the tools and the knowledge, and we do the practice required to wield them properly, we can start to synthesize and better understand how the world works.
The ability to make better decisions reduces stress, interpersonal drama and conflict. It also creates more time by increasing our resourcefulness, creativity, and innovation.
Changing your way of thinking takes time & practice. Like all disciplines, it is not natural. It's counterintuitive and counter-instinctive. Learning complex things is an incremental, iterative process. It takes time, repetition, practice and passion - because without passion, you're unlikely to devote enough time to practice.
Each iteration may or may not improve results. Feedback and failure are natural and necessary parts of the mastery process.
Mastering Lucrative leadership conversations is an Art. It requires the practice of many different instruments.
This is just a taste of what we cover in today's episode. We invite you to listen in as Susan Hasty unpacks the Art and Science behind creating Lucrative Leadership Conversations.
If you enjoyed this episode, we'd be honored for you to leave us a 5-star rating and review.
