Self-love has become a trendy topic, but what does it really look like to radically love ourselves exactly as we are? Listen in as Lorena and Kelly share their unique self-love journeys; from what self-love means to them, to how it benefits their daily lives, the two come at the topic from completely different perspectives, but meet in the middle to reaffirm that the best validation (the only validation?) is the kind we bestow on ourselves.
