004: If my product can help everyone, why am I not selling to anyone?
One of the most common things I have seen in business and especially in NWM is that we believe our product is for everyone and we want to sell our product to EVERYONE! After all, that’s what we get told over and over again! RIGHT?
But let’s just take a minute here and look at some facts…
How many people are there in your industry selling the same thing or something very similar to you?
How many people in YOUR COMPANY are selling the same thing as you?
How many people in your area are selling the same product as you?
I often here people saying “How can I sell these products if there’s already 100 other people on the Sunshine Coast selling them?
Is that how you are feeling?
Are those the kind of questions that are stopping you from taking action, right now?
I know you’re probably thinking how the hell am I going to stand out in this crowd of people all doing the exact same thing as me? How am I ever going to sell my products!
In today’s episode we are going to talk all about a topic that is not spoken about enough - in business and in NWM - and as far as I am concerned it is the foundation of marketing your business not only online but offline too…
If you don’t know what your niche is…you can’t decide on your Ideal Customer…and if you don’t know your ideal customer, you’re going to struggle to put content out there to attract her into your business.
Today is Part 1 of a 3-part series starting with…Your Niche, then next week we will dive into Identifying your Ideal Customer, and then the following week we will nail your message and start bringing people to you!
