This week we sit down with a local runner known to the running community as Coach Raeah from RacePace. She’s a marathoner, trainer and soon-to-be bride. She’s got her eyes set on a Boston Qualifier at the Woodlands Marathon in March and we talk about her latest race at the NYC marathon back in November. We also talk about her sweet gig working as a trainer for a well-respected human performance company and how she became a coach at RacePace.
