Our guest for today is Avantika Bahuguna. She is a Business Strategist Head-Alliances at Momspresso, Founder at Fit Moms Tribe India, a talented Kathak Dancer since childhood, certified Zumba trainer and mom influencer.
She comes from Dehradun, a city known for its scenic locals and educational institutions. A media professional for 15 years, she started as a journalist and have worked with top media brands of India including The India Today Group, Mid-Day Mumbai, The Hindustan Times and Zee Digital.
In 2014 she blessed with a little girl, then she started sharing her motherhood experiences with the online community that were quite well-received. After becoming a mom, losing weight was a challenge. She hated routine exercises. She thought of giving Zumba a try and was hooked to it from the beginning because she has been a dancer.Then she lost 20 kilos in a year and was fitter and healthier than ever before, and the reason for it was that Zumba made her happy and she decided to do the instructor course.
So there’s nothing that a woman can’t do and then to work towards it by not letting anything come in your way, whether it’s mom-guilt, frustration or challenges of any kind. Always remind yourself that you have the power to bring a new life in this world.
