Julie Slater and Jason Friday interview second-generation sommelier and restauranteur from Chicago, Philippe Andre.

We talk to Philippe (who happens to be Julie's nephew) about his passion for wine (specifically champagne) and how working at his family's restaurant, Oceanique, in Evanston, IL lead him to where he is now.
