Social media has become an important part of many people's lives in a very short period of time.  On the surface, it seems simple: we post pictures and opinions that we think others will like, and we engage with the pictures and opinions that other people post. But is this all that is happening when we use social media? Facebook's former president, Sean Parker, admits that Facebook was developed to "consume as much of your time and conscious attention as possible," which has led to people becoming addicted to social media. In this podcast, we will look at this and other aspects of social media to ask the question: should you delete social media right now?
