END OF YEAR - SPECIAL EPISODE 

This episode marks the end of a challenging year for many educators.  However for trainee teachers and NQTs, they have had the additional pressure of change during the pandemic whilst navigating the lessons of becoming a teacher.    

I am in conversation with a School Direct student and an NQT.  Maimun and Poppy speak about their experiences of teaching through the pandemic, their challenges, their growth and the support received. They highlight the importance of empathetic leadership and the impact of working in a supportive environment.
