We all associate meal replacements with strict dieting and weight loss products.
Not the best thing to be linked to.
But the recent ones - that have more calories, a better balanced nutrition profile and don't promote themselves as a weight loss product - are a bit different.
They promote themselves as a more convenient, cheaper, time saving way of still getting the fuel and nutrition your body need instead of as a way to starve yourself and end up losing weight.
I look at some of the main ones in the UK (some I've tried and some I haven't) and whether they're worth it. Plus which is my favourite.
