Specificity — Vague insights produce vague results. Name the exact condition you are changing, not the general intention.
Trigger Point — Identify the exact moment the pattern fires. That's where the intervention goes. Not before it, not after it — in it.
Tolerance for Imperfect Action — You are allowed to move before you have all the answers. Movement is often what produces the next answer.
