Thank you for tuning into another episode. I greatly appreciate you for showing your support. What I find more valuable for you all is hearing some hard truths straight from some of my clients mouths about their own journey and how what they have been learning/applying is changing their life.
In this episode we have just that. Emily Liebhart was gracious enough to hop on todays podcast with some great insight as to how it feels to be on the opposite side of the fitness journey. The side that struggles with the yo-yo gain and lose weight routine as well as things she wishes she knew earlier in her process which started 4 years ago! I want to thank Emily for her willingness to do the show but also for her honest expression of her journey.
I believe in an acronym call K.I.S.S. - Keep It Simple Stupid, not that you're stupid but we are silly for making things harder than we have to make them. It's probably not your fault thought because there are so many marketing ploys out there that have led you astray without you even knowing. Sorry to say that but I am not sorry for telling you the truth. If you want to have someone who isn't to going bullshit you on anything this is the podcast for you. If you want someone to sugar coat things, this isn't the spot for you. Plus if you still want things sugar coated then you aren't ready to be in charge of every aspect of your life anyway. Come back when you are though; my arms/door are always open to help as many people who are ready to be helped.
Thank you for tuning in and please don't forget to share with a friend. If you are interested in having me be your fitness/weight-loss coach in order to live #TheRATIOFFLLife please Click Here and let's talk.
