 Cannabis Regulations w/ Cannabis Law Expert, Sunshine Lencho 

 

Tsion "Sunshine" Lencho is a cannabis industry executive with deep industry knowledge and know how. A speaker at industry conferences and past continuing legal education presenter, Ms. Lencho has a wide range of legal knowledge pertaining to cannabis, regulated markets and consumer trends from seed to sale. Ms. Lencho is co-founder of Supernova, an organization for women of color in the cannabis industry.

She is formerly a member of the board of directors of the California Growers Association, and the Mayor's appointee to Oakland's Cannabis Regulatory Commission. Ms. Lencho has been asked to speak on various topics affecting the industry at business conferences including the International Cannabis Business Conference, Wine & Weed Symposium, Fast Company's Innovation Summit, and others. Ms. Lencho is a frequent editorial contributor to coverage of the industry by Black Enterprise, The Establishment, Vice, and Politico.
