Entrepreneurship takes place in many forms and one of the most exciting new ones for me is taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark. I have spent many years of my life there and recently learned that colleague of mine and her fiance have launched a new addition to Copenhagen's cafe culture.

The cafe culture is something that has a special place in this Nordic and Scandinavian harbor city. I met a very special young woman named Vivian Vadkerti, a student and Hungarian immigrant  to Denmark, while I was working as a bartender and barista at an international cafe. Now, she is one of two owners of a new cafe that is bringing the warmth of Danish culture to the city in a prime spot. ~ Barrett Clemmensen Powell
