The holidays are once again upon us! And even though today, I'm able to feel the joy of this magical time - there was a time when I couldn't - and this can be the case for many of us.
So, for this episode, in honor of my sweet son Joseph, I will be pausing the happy endings and reaching my hand out to those who many be hurting or overly stressed right now.
I will get into how to handle these difficult thoughts and feelings, a couple books I recommend and why reading can help and of course - nutrients for the brain to help you cope. The nutritionist in me always has to jump in to help!
