Growing up as a child in Belgium, Jacques had a strong passion for space and was inspired to become an aerospace engineer. Since coming to the United States, Jacques studied at Caltech and Stanford and has developed an extensive resume' contributing to major projects in space and dense - including optimizing GPS use in military and commercial applications.
