Nicole speaks of her experience within the container of romantic relationships. How her past has shaped her beliefs and the impact those beliefs have had throughout her dating life. It's been a journey of genuinely looking at the patterns she has and learning what works and what no longer serves. 

At one point Nicole was able to observe herself in a relationship doing all the things she didn't want to do. Behaviors that she knew wouldn't get the results she was looking for but she couldn't stop herself - it was like watching a train wreck! Awarness was only the first step in an ongoing healing process which began when that relationship broke her heart wide open. This opening was the catalyst for self-reflection, self-discovery, and growth.
