Today on Real Estate Investing 365, I am speaking with Morgan Eriksson of Greeneville, South Carolina. Morgan is a 29-year-old part-time realtor. For his day job Morgan does business development. He is typically traveling and working in the business development and sales space. Morgan is actually originally from Greeneville, South Carolina. He went to school in Clemson, which is about 30 minutes south of Greenville. Greeneville and Clemson are both currently booming markets. There aren’t very many chain restaurants in the area as food culture is big. Everything is local, farm to table type restaurants. Morgan describes it as a little hipster sub culture of the southeast.
