How to add value to your coaching program.
After being in over 30 countries, and continuously asking about Coaching, it was not surprising to find a the gap of coaching awareness between a place and another.
During this episode Karim shares how opportunities are there for coaches, whether they are in a blue Ocean or Red Ocean, and wherever they are.

What’s up everybody? This is Karim Amri . And welcome back to the Coaching Secrets podcast
As traveler, I decided whenever I visited a place, from Europe, to Africa, to South East Asia passing by Middle east until America, to ask people about coaching, questions like:
what do know about coaching?
How many coaches you know?
What’s the average rate of coaching hour?
Have you got the chance before to experience coaching?
How was that experience?
What are the best Coaching Schools in this area?
I was so eager to learn about the level of awareness and expander of the coaching industry in the world, and honestly it was not that surprising, 80 to 90% of the coaching industry is happening in 10 to 20 percent of the countries, they are easy to identify as it’s mostly directly linked to the growth of the country and economy.
What interested me during my travel, is in each of the markets the dry one and the crowded one, opportunities are there, yes they are different types and approaches but big opportunities are there, and this is basically due to the continuous growth of the industry. With the practice and continuous growth, by being always close to the fire, you’ll be able to position yourself as transformation expert, whether for individuals or organizations. This can start while you’re still in your job, and change into a full time coaching gradually , as your client portfolio grow and your fees increases.
I’ve started by highlighting the variety of the markets and the opportunities available , because Having a growth mindset for a coach is not optional, but being obsessed by keeping growing and looking always for something missed, to learn it in order to start action , is simply a killing belief.
You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars now to learn coaching again, yes, it’s important to keep on developing other skills and knowledge to give you more options and tailor your coaching. This will come, meantime start practicing.
Finally, don’t think people can’t pay or will not find it worthy to pay, remember some people are paying others, just to sit with them for a cup of coffee or to simply listen to them, you’re value is way better, you’re a coach! And any exchange happen when the person value what you will give him, more than the amount in his pocket.
Remember this, get this transaction right and you’ll win, THE VALUE OF YOUR COACHING IN THE EYES OF THE CLIENT, SHOULD BE BIGGER THAN The VALUE OF THE AMOUNT HE WILL PAY. In this situation, everyone is happy and everyone is stratified.
