Today we are finishing up our first week by starting a new series.  In the next few episodes we will be covering some of our flagship topics that we cover in our Worship Leaders Workshops.  In our leadership development program, we break down the components of effective worship team leadership down to three main areas, Unity, Quality, and Quantity (UQQ.)

The unity component is the first area we cover and is the driving principle that governs the other two.  Just like the letter U comes before Q in the alphabet, unity comes before quality and before quantity.  Today’s episode is a short introduction to the Unity concept by setting the premise that agreement is the language of heaven and it is actually what makes us unstoppable here on earth.  It is essential that we are in agreement in order to reach our collective goals and loose things in heaven.  And ultimately the only way we can agree is mutually submitting to the holy spirit and to one another.  We know that you will enjoy today’s topic.
