It's tough to work through the early mornings, the late nights, and saying "no" to going out with your friends when you know you have work to get done.

It's the little things that will give you a mental edge over your complacency and deterrence from getting the important work done.

I've personally hit roadblocks in my paths that instill large amounts of doubt and complacency from getting done what needs to be done. I've learned to harness small key areas that provide me with that mental edge to push through adversity.


Stay late at the office and being the one to shut the lights off and lock up -

Mental Edge. 

Starting your day early at the gym when you know everyone else is sleeping - 

Mental Edge.

Being the bigger person,  first one to apologize in a disagreement with someone else - 

Mental Edge.


Establish reasons for yourself in why you're going to push through the adversity and succeed. 

Create these moments for yourself - pushing through scenarios that you know other people wouldn't be able to handle nor get through.
