This is a reflection on the past year.

This episode crosses over the one-year mark of this platform I've started.

It is an apparent statistic that over 90% of podcasters don't make it past episode 20. We've made it in the 1%, all because we didn't quit. I don't plan to.

At some point down the road, I do plan to make this a video podcast with my own studio and a team. It all had to start with making through the first year - posting an episode every week to share insight with you. This has been the first step.

Reflect back on your personal journey. Most of the times, to make the true progress that you'll be proud of yourself for, all you have to do is just not give up. You'll have weeks where you'll feel uninspired & not motivated at all - just think of how many people would quit at the point that you've reached. Celebrate your personal wins as you move through your own journey.
