I wanted to share some tips that have helped me in reducing anxiety in the moment. You want to rate your anxiety on a scale from one to ten and you don’t want to let yourself get above a seven. A seven and up is where you start getting into panic territory and you can’t think straight. In this episode I talk about using ice to help regulate your body temperature, aroma therapy, grounding and breathing techniques, and how opening up your body posture sends relaxing signals to your brain.
