Today on Real Estate Investing 365, I am speaking with Autumn Rankin of West Texas. Autumn is originally from Central Texas. She got into real estate when stationed with the military in Hawaii. She was looking for something different and was hoping for a change. She just  wasn’t getting above $65,000 a year no matter how hard she worked or what changes she made. While in Hawaii she read Rich Dad Poor Dad, which sparked everything for her. It was then that her and her family got involved in real estate investing. After Autumn got out of the military they moved to West Texas so she could go to nurse practitioner school.
