What’s up everybody? This is Karim Amri . And welcome back to the Coaching Secrets podcast
When I was listening to books while Ubering through the snow during long winter nights, or parking in Costco’s parking waiting for the phone to ring with a new rider request notification, I thought I was just developing my self, and using this extra time to do something useful, I was not aware that all what I’ve learned was leading to one thing: Building a solid Coaching Business.
Even after started getting my official high paid clients, I did’t discover the same. I just matched the dots when I started reflecting on how to help coaches who are facing , what I faced for years. And they are a lot, helping them
avoid all the stress,
proven failures,
unneeded wrong steps and
bad decisions,
extra spending
and killing beliefs
In order speed up their transition phase, from trainee coaches to professional coach, adding value to people and monetizing their skills.
It took me years, thousands and thousands and thousands of dollar to reach the clear point and I’m still keeping the same pace of learning, from the best in the industry, as not growing, mean degrading, especially in such a fast growing industry. It took me years, but when I matched the dots, I figured out how the road was way shorter, and that’s the journey we’ll share with our tribe, to help them save miles and miles and be always close to the fire and in the top of the industry.
To be a coach of value who add value to other, 2 things are needed, Coaching skills, and Coaching Business building skills. As of coaching skill the basics are covered in most of the trainings in the market, more techniques can be learned along the journey to add more to the clients, and increase the efficiency.
Coaching Business building is what the big majority of trainings is missing, and around it we’ll focus:
How to start our business?
when do we need a website?
is a Funnel better?
How to promote our self, and where?
Are we gonna manage the business or be the business?
Is it worthy to quit our job, if no when?
What is positioning and how we do it?
in other world how to build a solid worthy business that help us live the life we always dream of?
To add value to people and challenge their thinking and minds is not easy and it will never be,having growing up wired not to think, make the role of each coach difficult in the beginning, to move people and ask them to do something that many of them maybe forget the last time they ever think.
Geroge Bernard Shaw say: “2% of the people think, 3 % they think they are thinking but in the reality their are not and 95 % of the people would rather die than thinking.”. And that’s way, as far as the action is hard in the beginning for both the coach and the coachee, as far the takeaway is huge,
lives are changed, and other saved with coaching
potentials are discovered, with coaching
technologies are innovated with coaching
and generations are built, with coaching
so it your role and my role to help people unleash their potential and create the impact they were created for.
