In today's episode I talk about an event that happened while at the dog park today where I again failed to keep my composure in a heightened emotional state and how I choose to do that instead of calmly expressing my feelings as I should have.  I also got some new earbuds today which led me straight into one of my favorite topics, music.
Music and dance grounds me and makes me happy so today I discuss some of my favorite music and how pumping loud music directly into your brain and singing or dancing along can actually override your self talk and allow for some true relaxation and happiness. I also throw out one of my favorite quotes from the great Jeff Bridges from the awesome movie "The Men who Stare at goats."
